Le point culminant du projet est la r\u00e9novation, en une journ\u00e9e, du toit (260 m\u00b2) de la ferme attenante. Le choix s'est port\u00e9 sur les panneaux de toiture Kolibrie d'Unidek.\n\nUnidek Kolibrie est un panneau sandwich isolant, avec un noyau en polystyr\u00e8ne expans\u00e9 ignifug\u00e9, en abr\u00e9g\u00e9 EPS.
