Cependant, la conception originale de l'\u00e9vacuation des eaux n'est pas r\u00e9alisable. En raison de la taille de la structure de compensation en b\u00e9ton, il faudrait creuser trop profond\u00e9ment, et il existe un risque que les b\u00e2timents environnants deviennent instables.\n\nLe bureau d'\u00e9tudes de Deschacht a \u00e9labor\u00e9 une nouvelle proposition, avec un collecteur annulaire n'exc\u00e9dant pas 2,5 m\u00e8tres de profondeur. Dans ce syst\u00e8me, les eaux de pluie sont d'abord stock\u00e9es temporairement dans des tuyaux PPRibwall d'un diam\u00e8tre d'un m\u00e8tre. Ensuite, elles s'\u00e9coulent de mani\u00e8re contr\u00f4l\u00e9e vers le r\u00e9seau d'assainissement du lotissement. Quatre grandes citernes d'incendie Tubao sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans la construction.
