La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Timberteam, sur les conseils de Deschacht, a dot\u00e9 le toit de son nouveau centre d'affaires de cette isolation innovante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un b\u00e2timent d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la construction durable<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 Angleur, l'ancien site des presses Raskin deviendra bient\u00f4t un tout nouveau centre d'entreprises.\nSous cette terrasse sur\u00e9lev\u00e9e se trouvent 1 200 m\u00b2<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">bureaux, dans lesquels les deux entreprises partenaires Timberteam et R\u00e9no-Solutions seront bient\u00f4t h\u00e9berg\u00e9es ensemble. De nombreux espaces seront \u00e9galement lou\u00e9s \u00e0 d'autres ind\u00e9pendants ou \u00e0 des entreprises li\u00e9es au secteur de la construction.\n\nLes deux entreprises partagent un certain nombre de valeurs environnementales : la structure en bois CLT, les performances \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et le logement durable. Elles ont clairement accord\u00e9 une grande importance \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de l'isolation.
