C'est un chantier qui s'accompagne de quelques d\u00e9fis techniques de taille. Ainsi, le niveau le plus bas doit pouvoir servir de tampon d'eau suppl\u00e9mentaire en cas de fortes pluies. Un syst\u00e8me ing\u00e9nieux d'inondation contr\u00f4l\u00e9e du parking, mis au point en collaboration avec Deschacht, apporte une solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'emplacement g\u00e9ographique du parking est particulier. \u00ab Il est am\u00e9nag\u00e9 sur un site coinc\u00e9 entre les cours d'eau et les b\u00e2timents existants. C'est pourquoi nous avons appliqu\u00e9 la m\u00e9thode stross.
