Il s'agit de d\u00e9chets radioactifs trait\u00e9s et conditionn\u00e9s qui contiennent une faible quantit\u00e9 de mati\u00e8res radioactives, dont seulement une quantit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s limit\u00e9e de mati\u00e8res \u00e0 vie longue. En raison de ces propri\u00e9t\u00e9s, les d\u00e9chets de cat\u00e9gorie A sont \u00e9ligibles au stockage en surface dans des bunkers hors sol. Au pr\u00e9alable, les d\u00e9chets sont encapsul\u00e9s dans des caisses en b\u00e9ton, appel\u00e9es caissons. Pour la production de ces caissons, NIRAS fait construire une usine sp\u00e9cifique sur site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La construction de l'usine \u00e0 caissons a \u00e9t\u00e9 confi\u00e9e \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de construction Vanhout-Stadsbader. Celle-ci a fait appel \u00e0 Deschacht pour fournir une solution durable pour la collecte et la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des eaux de pluie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tubao, r\u00e9servoirs PEHD sur conseil de Deschacht<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le stockage en surface est une solution \u00e0 long terme qui confine et isole les d\u00e9chets de mani\u00e8re passive vis-\u00e0-vis de l'homme et de l'environnement. Bien entendu, lors de la construction de l'usine de caissons, une attention particuli\u00e8re est accord\u00e9e, plus encore qu'ailleurs, \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 du produit final \u2013 c'est-\u00e0-dire les caissons \u2013 et donc \u00e9galement \u00e0 l'installation dans laquelle ceux-ci seront fabriqu\u00e9s. Pour la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de l'eau de pluie, TM Vanhout-Stadsbader a fait appel \u00e0 Deschacht.\n\n\u201c Il va sans dire qu'il s'agit d'une mission particuli\u00e8re \u201d, d\u00e9clare le chef de projet Dennis van Put. \u201c Cela fait un certain temps que nous travaillons avec Deschacht pour des travaux de terrassement et de raccordement. Ils \u00e9laborent les plans, apportent leur soutien et le contact est agr\u00e9able et de confiance. \u201d\n\nPour la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de l'eau de pluie sur ce chantier extraordinaire, Deschacht a propos\u00e9 des r\u00e9servoirs Tubao en PEHD. \u201c Initialement, des r\u00e9servoirs en b\u00e9ton \u00e9taient pr\u00e9vus, mais compte tenu de l'impr\u00e9visibilit\u00e9 du moment de leur pose, il fallait une solution pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9e \u201d, poursuit Dennis van Put. \u201c Les travaux peuvent maintenant \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9s rapidement et efficacement et, surtout, le chantier n'a pas besoin de rester longtemps \u201c ouvert \u201d pour installer les r\u00e9servoirs. On pourrait presque penser qu'il s'agit d'une mission simple, mais il n'en est rien. \u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un produit et une solution durables<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le mat\u00e9riau \u00e0 partir duquel les r\u00e9servoirs TUBAO sont fabriqu\u00e9s, le PEHD, a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 choisi pour sa durabilit\u00e9. Les r\u00e9servoirs sont fabriqu\u00e9s sur mesure, ce qui en fait une solution plug and play sur le chantier. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9, le temps d'installation est consid\u00e9rablement r\u00e9duit et moins de transports et de machines de chantier sont n\u00e9cessaires. De plus, et ce n'est pas n\u00e9gligeable pour cette application, ces tuyaux sont \u00e0 double paroi, ce qui augmente consid\u00e9rablement leur r\u00e9sistance aux influences ext\u00e9rieures par rapport aux r\u00e9servoirs m\u00e9talliques ou en b\u00e9ton.\n\nIl offre \u00e9galement ici la solution pour la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des eaux de pluie pour la future centrale \u00e0 b\u00e9ton.
