En raison de la pente parfois raide, le ma\u00eetre d'ouvrage a opt\u00e9 pour des tuyaux en gr\u00e8s. L'entrepreneur les a install\u00e9s avec l'aide de Deschacht, qui a fourni du mat\u00e9riel moderne, conforme et certifi\u00e9 Benor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce projet a utilis\u00e9 288 m de tuyaux en gr\u00e8s s\u00e9rie 160 de 400 mm de diam\u00e8tre, ainsi que des raccords sp\u00e9ciaux pour les regards (fournis par le fabricant de b\u00e9ton Prob\u00e9mal). Mais pourquoi le gr\u00e8s, qui n'est quasiment plus utilis\u00e9 pour les \u00e9gouts alors que d'autres mat\u00e9riaux plus l\u00e9gers et plus faciles \u00e0 installer comme les diff\u00e9rents types de PVC sont disponibles sur le march\u00e9 ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Circonstances exceptionnelles<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c Le ma\u00eetre d&#x27;ouvrage a opt\u00e9 pour la gr\u00e8s car la pente de la route \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s raide \u2013 jusqu&#x27;\u00e0 8 % \u00e0 un endroit \u2013 mais aussi parce que les deux tron\u00e7ons \u00e0 relier \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 en gr\u00e8s \u201d, explique Serge Lanners, chef de chantier chez Roiseux. Il explique pourquoi il a fait appel \u00e0 Deschacht : \u201c Lorsque nous avons cherch\u00e9 un fournisseur, nous avons tout de suite pens\u00e9 \u00e0 Deschacht. Nous achetons r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement leurs chambres d&#x27;inspection, leurs trappes et leurs bouches d&#x27;\u00e9gout, car leurs prix sont tr\u00e8s attractifs. \u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un nouveau partenaire<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La demande suscita l'int\u00e9r\u00eat de Vincent Brehl, conseiller technique commercial chez Deschacht. \u201c Avec l'aide d'un nouveau partenaire, qui fournit des tubes certifi\u00e9s Benor conformes aux normes europ\u00e9ennes, nous avons pu proposer une alternative aux produits existants sur le march\u00e9. \u201d La diff\u00e9rence ? \u201c Les tubes \u00e9taient en stock chez notre fournisseur, ce qui nous a permis de les livrer tr\u00e8s rapidement, accompagn\u00e9s de tous les conseils et fiches techniques n\u00e9cessaires. \u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gr\u00e8s, un mat\u00e9riau d'antan ?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais le gr\u00e8s n'est-il pas un mat\u00e9riau d'antan, plus difficile \u00e0 manipuler et \u00e0 poser ? Serge Lanners : \u201c On travaille de moins en moins avec le gr\u00e8s. C'est une solution ancienne, mais heureusement, les canalisations ont \u00e9volu\u00e9 et ne sont plus comparables \u00e0 celles d'il y a 20-30 ans. Bien entendu, le travail reste plus d\u00e9licat car le gr\u00e8s est fragile. Et pour les raccordements futurs, il faudra r\u00e9aliser des per\u00e7ages avec des outils sp\u00e9cifiques.
