Dankzij deze tank \u2013 met een volume van 80.000 liter \u2013 kunnen risicovolle vloeistoffen op een veilige manier opgeslagen worden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al sinds 1946 produceert het in Gent gevestigde bedrijf Christeyns hygi\u00ebneoplossingen voor uiteenlopende sectoren, zoals professionele textielverzorging, voedingsbedrijven, de professionele schoonmaakindustrie, gezondheidszorg en farma- en cosmeticabedrijven.\n\nTijdens de productie van deze reinigingsproducten ontstaan risicovolle afvalstoffen die uiteraard niet in het afvalwater mogen terechtkomen. Daarom wordt dit afvalwater tijdens het productieproces apart opgevangen, zodat het rioleringsnet niet belast wordt. Vroeger gebeurde deze opslag in een bovengrondse tank. Het management van Christeyns was echter op zoek naar een veiligere en duurzamere opslagmogelijkheid. Met een dubbelwandige HDPE stockagetank bood Collinet hiervoor de ideale oplossing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Niet gerecycleerd HDPE: gecertificeerd en Vlarem-gekeurd<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voor de opslag van chemicali\u00ebn en risicovolle afvalstoffen \u2013 maar ook voor bijvoorbeeld stookolie, diesel en (afgewerkte) olie \u2013 zijn geen compromissen mogelijk. Veiligheid en duurzaamheid zijn hierbij cruciaal. Een dubbelwandige HDPE stockagetank van Collinet voldoet aan deze vereisten. Dankzij het gebruik van HDPE als grondstof (nieuwe en niet-gerecycleerde High Density Polyethyleen), is deze tank bijzonder duurzaam en levenslang beschermd tegen corrosie. Dit materiaal is gecertificeerd en Vlarem-gekeurd. De spiraalvormige dubbelwandig gelaste kuip \u2013 met twee gladde wanden \u2013 is bovendien bestand tegen wervelstromen en UV-licht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uitstekende verhouding gewicht\/stevigheid<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dankzij een uitstekende verhouding tussen gewicht en stevigheid verloopt de plaatsing van een dubbelwandige HDPE stockagetank zeer vlot. Voor dit specifiek project op de site van Christeyns leverde Collinet een tank van 16 meter lang, met een diameter van 2,6 meter. Het opslagvolume bedraagt 80.000 liter. Ondanks deze indrukwekkende cijfers weegt dit recipi\u00ebnt \u2018slechts\u2019 6 ton, met dank aan de lichte en toch zeer stevige uitvoering in HDPE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De dubbelwandige uitvoering bezorgt Christeyns extra gemoedsrust dat de opslag van vloeistoffen altijd in veilige omstandigheden gebeurt. De ge\u00efnstalleerde tank is uitstekend bestand tegen de druk van grondwater en beschikt over elektrische lekdetectie.
