Deschacht optimaliseerde de basis riolerings- en infiltratieplannen tot een 3D resultaat in BIM. Dit Revitplan werd gekoppeld aan het totale 3D bouwplan. Het voordeel: effici\u00ebnt bouwen en foutenlast op de werf vermijden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In de Generaal Van Merlenstraat in Berchem bouwt De Peuter Aannemingen een nieuw bovenleidingcentrum, in opdracht van Infrabel. Dit gebouw fungeert als werkplaats en opslag voor de bovenleidingen van het spoor en spoorvoertuigen. Er wordt ook een parking aangelegd voor de werkvoertuigen van Infrabel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Van 2D naar virtueel 3D rioleringsplan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dieter Smolders van de studiedienst van Deschacht ging aan de slag met het basis rioleringsplan. Na optimalisatie werd dit uitgewerkt in een gedetailleerd 3D BIM-model. Enerzijds genereert dit virtuele ontwerp automatisch de nodige technische documentatie, meetstaat en berekeningen. Een handig hulpmiddel voor De Peuter om dit project concreet op te starten. Achteraf kan er eenvoudig een nacalculatie worden uitgevoerd omdat er overal dezelfde artikelnummers gebruikt worden.\n\nAnderzijds werd het digitale ontwerp in 3D aangeleverd voor plug-in in het totale 3D-plan van het gebouw. De foutenmarge op de werf wordt hierdoor geminimaliseerd omdat alle bouwsystemen op elkaar worden afgestemd. Door de 3D optimalisatie wordt er op de werf ook heel wat tijd bespaard.
