Een energieke mix van levenslang kwalitatief wonen, werken en ontspannen zet de site van de oude mouterij \u2018Malterie Vandermolen\u2019 terug onder stroom. Een hele onderneming waar Deschacht de sondes, pe-leidingen, hulpstukken en de collectoren voor de horizontale aansluitingen van geothermische boringen leverde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Malterie Vandermolen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tot 2013 bevond zich op de site van 11.000 m\u00b2 een perserij voor non-ferro metalen. Voorheen waren er ook een mouterij en een rubberfabriek (Le Caoutchouc R\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9) gevestigd. De site werd verlaten toen de laatste gebruiker Inofer in faling ging en kampt sindsdien met tal van uitdagingen zoals leegstand en verwaarlozing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Geothermische boringen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In opdracht van Jan De Nul realiseerde aannemer Soetaert o.a. de geothermische boringen. Er werd een soilmix wand geplaatst tot op een diepte van 19m, de groutinjectieankers werden geboord en de bemaling werd geplaatst.\n\nAannemer Soetaert &#8211; o.l.v. Thibaut Vansteelant en Eric leemans &#8211; voerde, in samenwerking met onderaannemer Lakwatec, de geothermische boringen en aansluitingen uit. Geen evidente opdracht omdat de aannemer te kampen had met spanningswater waardoor er een extra bemaling moest geplaatst worden. Soetaert zorgde voor een totaal oplevering waardoor de bouwheer na uitvoering onmiddellijk kon starten met de betonwerken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deschacht en geothermie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De afdeling nutsvoorzieningen van Deschacht doet voor haar expertise in<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">geothermische boringen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">beroep op de toonaangevende Zwitserse fabrikant, HakaGerodur. Deze internationale specialist van<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">geothermische installaties<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">biedt een uitgebreide reeks producten die kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid garanderen. Ons uitgebreid aanbod bestaat uit HDPE geosondes, HDPE collectorputten, vulleidingen, drukleidingen en hulpstukken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Over Lakwatec<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lakwatec bv is gespecialiseerd in het aansluiten van geothermische sondes voor boorbedrijven. Hierdoor worden boorbedrijven ontlast en kunnen zij zich volledig concentreren op het boorproces. Daarnaast is het niet nodig om voorraad aan te leggen van materiaal, wat resulteert in minder voorraad en meer beschikbare ruimte.
