Deze renovatie speelt een cruciale rol in het duurzame waardebehoud van het vastgoed, waarbij gekozen werd voor een hoogwaardige 2-laagse bitumineuze dakbedekking. Deze dakrenovatie werd uitgevoerd door<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">, een gerenommeerd aannemersbedrijf met erkenning klasse 4 met veel expertise in industri\u00eble dakwerken.\n\nHet project begon met de toevoeging van een 10 cm dikke PIR-isolatielaag, aangebracht op de bestaande dakbedekking. Deze isolatie verbetert niet alleen het comfort voor de medewerkers, maar draagt ook bij aan de energie-effici\u00ebntie van het gebouw, wat op lange termijn resulteert in lagere operationele kosten. De extra isolatie geeft ook een onmiskenbare meerwaarde aan het gebouw.\n\nDaarna werd een zelfklevende dampdrukverdelende bitumineuze onderlaag (<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">) ge\u00efnstalleerd, gevolgd door de plaatsing van de witte toplaag<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">, beide producten van Deschacht. De keuze voor een witte, reflecterende dakbedekking is strategisch gezien zeer verstandig. Lichte daken zorgen namelijk voor een aanzienlijke vermindering van temperatuurschommelingen, wat de levensduur van het dak verlengt, de kosten voor airconditioning verlaagt.\n\nDaarnaast heeft Vlassenroot vooruitgedacht met de geplande installatie van zonnepanelen op het dak. Een witte, reflecterende dakbedekking is niet alleen ideaal om de warmtebelasting te verminderen, maar verhoogt ook het rendement van zonnepanelen.
