Dit alles in uitvoering volgens de strenge normen van AIDE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Esprit la Gravi\u00e8re : een toelichting<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deze woonwijk, bestaande uit 26 huizen en 8 appartementsgebouwen, is een project van Perspectives Groupe en ontworpen door Luc Spits. De naam verwijst naar de locatie nabij de grindplas Brock, een biologisch waardevol watergebied dicht bij de Maas.\nDeze aantrekkelijke ligging bracht echter twee uitdagingen met zich mee voor de rioleringswerken:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>een grondwaterlaag op slechts enkele meters onder de grond,<\/li>\n<li>en een hoogteverschil van 3,5 meter om aan te sluiten op het bestaande wegennet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Afvalwater omhoog pompen met pompstation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Studiebureau Sotrez-Nizet ontwierp het rioleringsplan, AIDE stelde de normen en voorschriften op, en Balaes werkte samen met Deschacht voor dit op maat gemaakte project.\n\nDe installatie omvat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>een pompkamer<\/li>\n<li>een afsluiter<\/li>\n<li>en een PE drukleiding om het afvalwater over meer dan 100 meter omhoog te pompen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Philippe Monseur, voorman bij Balaes, licht toe:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;De tank moest worden ge\u00efnstalleerd in het grondwater, dus eerst droogden we de kuil en goten we een betonnen ankerplaat om druk door grondwater te voorkomen.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Polyester of polyethyleen tanks?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alle eisen van AIDE werden strikt nageleefd, behalve \u00e9\u00e9n: Deschacht stelde voor om het materiaal van de twee tanks te wijzigen.\n\nDimitri Steilen, ingenieur bij Deschacht, legt uit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Het bestek voorzag versterkte polyestertanks, maar wij stelden polyethyleen voor. Polyester is een standaardmateriaal met beperkte aanpassingsmogelijkheden. Polyethyleen liet ons toe volledig waterdichte en gepersonaliseerde tanks te leveren. Een van de tanks werd bijvoorbeeld uitgerust met een ladder in polyethyleen en een roestvrijstalen afvalkorf. Dankzij onze expertise konden we alle garanties bieden.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deze aanpak en technische ondersteuning werden gewaardeerd door Balaes. Philippe Monseur bevestigt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Het studiebureau van Deschacht werkte nauwgezet en reageerde snel. Ze waren aanwezig tijdens vergaderingen en boden oplossingen tot aan de uitvoering.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De technische uitrusting in de tanks<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het afvalwater van de 120 woningen passeert via de pompen en apparatuur geleverd door Ecosolutions. Deschacht werkte samen met dit gespecialiseerde bedrijf voor de installatie van:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>pompen,<\/li>\n<li>afsluitsystemen,<\/li>\n<li>een debietmeter,<\/li>\n<li>een bedieningspaneel,<\/li>\n<li>en de connectiviteit met de AIDE-centrale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Voor zo\u2019n installatie zijn gespecialiseerde ingenieurs en elektriciens nodig, expertise die wij zelf niet in huis hebben. De steun van Deschacht was cruciaal voor dit complexe project.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Andere technieken op de werf<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Naast afvalwater werd ook regenwater effici\u00ebnt afgevoerd met technologie\u00ebn en materialen van Deschacht.\nZo werden onder meer polypropyleenbuizen, drains en een infiltratiebekken van 60 m\u00b3 met Variobox-elementen onder de weg aangelegd. Dit systeem is licht, snel te installeren en bestand tegen hoge belasting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Over de aannemer<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Naam: G.
