Deze monumentale vierkantshoeve, gebouwd rond 1607, wordt herbestemd tot werkplaats voor de groendienst en begraafplaatsendienst van Stad Antwerpen. Een bijzonder project, waarin vakmanschap en respect voor het erfgoed hand in hand gaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voor de restauratie van het dak koos hoofdaannemer Vano-Dakproject bewust voor een combinatie van duurzame materialen \u00e9n betrouwbare partners. Als specialist in dak-, gevel- en isolatiematerialen leverde Deschacht een totaaloplossing op maat van dit erfgoedproject.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vakmanschap en liefde voor monumenten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vano-Dakproject is een familiebedrijf van twee broers met een achtergrond in schrijnwerk, gespecialiseerd in de renovatie van hellende en platte daken. Ze hebben een bijzondere affiniteit met monumentale panden en werken vaak met natuurleien. Voor de Neerhoeve leverden ze een huzarenstuk af: een renovatie van 1.440 m\u00b2 dakoppervlak, goed voor maar liefst 88.000 natuurleien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kwaliteit in elk detail \u2013 van lei tot isolatie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voor dit project werd gekozen voor de Itasi natuurlei, een hoogwaardige leisteen met een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Dankzij het ATG-attest voldoet deze lei aan de strengste kwaliteitseisen. Onze dakspecialist Nicky stond Vano-Dakproject bij met advies rond materiaalkeuze. Na een test op vlak van kwaliteit en plaatsingsgemak, waren de dakwerkers overtuigd van de Itasi-leien. Naast de natuurleien leverde Deschacht ook:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bauder PIR-isolatie (10 cm)<\/li>\n<li>Delta Sparxx dampscherm<\/li>\n<li>Sarkingschroeven<\/li>\n<li>Reproductie van oude vorsten, passend bij het historische karakter van het gebouw<\/li>\n<li>120 lopende meter koperen goten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Meer dan een leverancier: partner op de werf<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vano-Dakproject koos niet alleen voor de producten, maar ook voor de service van Deschacht. Dankzij onze ruime stockvoorraad en levering op de werf konden de werken zonder vertraging worden uitgevoerd \u2013 een belangrijke troef bij restauratieprojecten met strakke planningen.\n\nBij Deschacht vinden dakwerkers alles onder \u00e9\u00e9n dak: van onderdak tot afwerking.
